The LaSalle Atrium Building Chicago is a 17 Story building in the Chicago Loop Business District. It was built in 1913 and was originally the Fort Dearborn Hotel. A renovation in 1985 converted this building from a hotel to office. The lobby boasts a 30’ ceiling, original marble and slate flooring, mahogany millwork, and ornamental steel railings. The mezzanine level hosts 2 historical murals that depict Fort Dearborn along with the Central light court capped with a skylight to create an atrium extending nearly the full height of the building.

The building has been updated with systems and technology found in Chicago’s newest office buildings and is especially appealing to trading, financial and other professional business firms that seek public transportation convenience, comfort, and class. The building is suited for small 350 SQFT and large 8500 SQFT full floor tenants. The location is on corner of VanBuren and LaSalle directly across the street from the Board of Trade.
